Bounceback Ontario: a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos.

Centre for Mental Health and Addiction - Coping with Stress and Anxiety: strategies from CAMH on how to maintain your mental wellness.

Good2Talk: provides free, confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario available 24/7/365.

Women's Support Network of York Region: a well-established organization that has been serving York Region for over 27 years to respond and educate on the topic of sexual violence.

Up Hub - Community Resource Navigator: online and print community resource navigator for local social services in mental health, addictions, and developmental disabilities, as well as a peer-based platform for people to share their stories and uplifting experiences to help others.

Housing

The Housing Help Centre: provides assistance for residents of York Region so that they may find and maintain affordable housing. This includes settlement services for new immigrants, and subsidized housing applications.

Blue Door Shelters: has three separate shelters for families, males (27+), and male youth (under 27). They assist with searching for housing and connecting with landlords and provide counseling and case management. 

Food

EGPL Food Pantry: East Gwillimbury Public Library hosts a Food Pantry for families and individuals in need. The pantry is held at the Holland Landing Community Centre, 19513 Yonge Street, Holland Landing the last Saturday of every month with the exception of December, unless stated otherwise. 

Heart to Home Meals: service for seniors that keeps your nutrition in mind. Order online or by phone and one of our friendly, trusted members of our delivery team will deliver your meals straight to your door.
