Grow Into Reading Programs

Grow Into Reading story times present interactive activities that support the development of early literacy skills. Children who are exposed to reading and writing before the age of 5 are better equipped for future academic success. These programs are based on the principles and skills of the “Every Child Ready to Read” initiative, created by the American Library Association.

Books For Babies

Included in our Books for Babies kit is a board book, as well as other useful information from the Library and community.
This literacy project is a service designed to introduce the public library to parents and babies from birth to six months and is available to Library cardholders.
