The 2021 Canadian Federal Election is September 20th.

Residents of East Gwillimbury will be able to vote on:

Vote by Mail:

The deadline to vote by mail is Tuesday September 14th.

To vote by mail visit the Elections Canada Site here. You will be completing a form to request a Special Ballot. Once you have completed the form you will receive a voting kit in the mail.

To complete this request, you will need to scan copies of either photo ID, or other forms of identification identified by Elections Canada.

The Library offers free scanning at both of its branches during our open hours, and would be happy to assist with the steps required to sign up for Mail in Voting.
