Want to learn how to alleviate stress and anxiety while creating more ease and joy in your days? Please come and join us for our live online workshop with ‘Growth and Mindset Coach’ Mickey Eves. We will have a light-hearted yet valuable conversation about navigating this unique time we are experiencing. Leading with mindfulness, presence and heart have never been more important. The purpose of this workshop is to provide adults with strategies to support themselves, and their teens and younger children. Techniques to create a better more restful nights sleep.
Clearing up your communication to alleviate stress.
Ways to communicate with your teenagers.

A simple system to help everyone know what is expected of them.
Effective ways to communicate with younger children who can’t always articulate what they are
Using art as a cool and fun way to express your emotions.
Imagination is a powerful thing – let’s use it on purpose.
This workshop will offer easy strategies that you can implement into your daily life to relieve
stress and anxiety while replacing it with ease and joy, for you, your teenagers and younger
